1. Does any one in Birmingham cultivate Phyto, Rotifers, Amphods and Copepods?
The bottles in the pet store and online see expensive. I probably have all I need in an established tank,
but if anyone is locally growing the stuff for their tank and has excess, I would love to get a discouted rate to boost my aquarium stock.

2. Should I even be worried about adding the stuff?

I don't know of anyone that is locally cultivating it. You could always look up how to do it yourself. I know Reef Life has some bottles but I hadn't heard of the brand. As for your 2nd question, it's far from a requirement for your tank but it's a good way to add more life.

Check out @pdisner here on the forums. Super awesome guy, and sells some great pods along with other cultures. Very reasonably priced and A wealth of information.
