Phytoplankton storing

Does Live Phytoplankton Isochrysis / Nannochloropsis / Tetraselmis / Blend keep well I'm the fridge? Im being told by my seller to not refrigerate this type of phytoplankton?

So no refridgerating required? If I do refridgerate will it kill this species of phyto? The reason for refrigerating is to slow down their metabolism and reproduction so that the culture doesn't continue to grow quickly and crash?

I refrigerate mine with no problem the smell will let you know if it’s ok
