Pink Birdnest with white spots

Hi guys, can someone helps me to identify what are those white spots on my pink birdnest ? Is it stn-rtn ? Or bite marks ?
Everything is doing great in the tank and I have had this pink birdnest for over a month now. Great polyp extension except for those white spots area.
