I was moving around some of my coral and noticed this under a frag, I’m thinking the pink thing is a sponge, but I am not sure what those round black (eggs?) are. Any information to know if I should remove these or not would be appreciated!

You're correct on the pink sponge. Looking at the picture the black could be a sponge also. Eggs for organisms usually have some other coloration indicating the fats and oils in the eggs. You could keep it isolated for a week or so. If it hasn't changed much it's much more likley to be a sponge and not eggs.
