Pipe for plumbing in a sump

So looking to plumb 5 x 1 inch lines. 3 for a full bean and 2 for dual returns.
Which do you think would be better and easier out of these 2?
Any reason 1 of them would be bad to use?

Either should work, the only thing that would concern me about using the flexible schedule 40 is making it stay straight, it's going to want to return to its original shape as it was coiled up unless it's held in place well
