Pistol shrimp disabled for life?

My pistol shrimp appeared to have lost all of its legs in a failed molt, will his legs grow back during his next molt? And when will his next molt be?

It seems that it is now identifying as a Sea cucumber. It probably will not molt again, if I understand correctly.
