Pistol shrimp!

Anybody know any tips for trapping a pistol shrimp? Was a novelty at 1st watching him dig out his burrow but now its become a real pain.every night throwing mounds of sand over any corals thats on or near the bottom.i want it gone without having to take all my rockwork out if poss.

You may get lucky with a bottle trap. Outside of that, I don't see any other way but tearing out rock work.

Tried bottle trap last night..it filled the bottle with sand and pinched the bait then proceeded to throw sand over everything worse than ever..its as if it knew..i had last laugh tho just took rockwork out and caught it!! Ha :)
