I bought one of these yesterday, and now that I'm reading more about them they sound like one of the worst fish you could possibly get. Are there any specific fish I should 100% avoid if I were to move it into my DT?

I think you should be fine. I would avoide blennies, gobies and other perching fish based on what I read about them but I dont think its a bad choice for your tank! Actually a very pretty hawkfish. Might have to add that to my fish list!So far just two Clowns
I hadn't seen this one before. The pink/red tint on the spots is nice. My LFS had two in stock the other day.I think you should be fine. Its super cool! I think it will be fine to add to your tank. Hawkfish really only bother shrimp. I kept my longnose with blennies and gobies when I had my 70 gallon with no issueI hadn't seen this one before. The pink/red tint on the spots is nice. My LFS had two in stock the other day.
