Got this chalice and brain coral last week. Started them mid tank and they started turning white. I put them in the sand and a day later they were still getting worse. So I lowered my light intensity to %15 blue and 7% white well the new coral are looking the same so far but now one of my Kenya tree is retracting. Advice?

My light schedule is blues 12-8
and whites 1-7.

Is this a new tank. Chalice needs very stable ph and alk. What are your priams?

Alk 8
pH 8.4
Phosphate 0 (API test shows 0)
Nitrate-5
Calcium-340
This is from tonight's test tomorrow is my monthly 25% water change so these numbers will change.

Tank was started in Jan. I am also experiencing a second diatom bloom that started this week, hoping it won't last long.
