Please help identify on Montipora

Please help identify and advice on treatment. This is a montipora and it has about 4-5 sponge/aptasia looking critters. They do not look like previous aptasia I have seen before. They do not appear to be nudibranchs.

Not sure - maybe some pics of it under white light could help with an ID here.
It puffs out just a little like a cotton ball at times. There are vermitted snails near by and the Monti seems to just over grow on top of them. Not sure if that helps. Tank is 2.5 years old. I will try to get some better picks.
