Please provide bright white light intensity for clear ID. May be wire algae but will not confirm a guess until clearly seen under proper lighting
Also please refrain from posting a common question as emergency. Emergency is someone in crisis situation who is losing fish or coral, has a chemistry issue or tank leak and needs immediate attention

As suspected - wire hair alga and the bubbles are gas bubbles trying to escape. Often , you can take your thumb and press this substance, then peel off. Your nutrients, in particular Phosphates may be elevated and supporting this. If stubborn, you can place rock in a container of tank water and scrub with a stiff brush such as small upholstery brush.
Some cleaners to help clean this up thereafter would be ninja star snails, pencil urchins, fighting conch, chiton snails and assure light intensity noy high and RODI cartridges not expired/expiring

I’m surprised , my phosphates are always low 0-0.03 , nitrates slightly higher 8-10

Those numbers support both algae and coral. Why is that a surprise?
