Please let me know if you know what this is and what is happening. It has been rather small for awhile about 6 months. Now it has grown these red fibrous structures that have small bubbles in them. Thank you.

It does not blow off but does wave in the current. I do not believe it to be dieing off as it is new growth. The original coral is the same size and color it was before. It just add ed these red growths. They are no where else in my tank so I think it is linked to this coral. Thank you for the response.
