I still need help though.
How can I get the cinnamon clown out there weir (overflow)?
He's been in there for well over 4 years if not 5 years.

Can you stop the return pump, let the water level go down, and use a couple of nets to carefully snag it?
How about a large siphon tube and hose? Just slurp him up into a bucket. I've had this happen accidentally with small curious clowns during water changes. With the drain and return pipes in there, it's too tight to get him into a net.
Maybe a silly idea but wanted to share it - can you put solid objects (filled water bottles or plastic blocks if you have kids even LEGOs or something like that) on the bottom of the weir such that the clown has to come up above them - in other words can you force the clown closer to the surface and then box her in?
Marbles could also work... I realize I’m essentially telling you to do the Crow and the Pitcher...
