That actually appears to be echinophyllia.
Very similar but echinophyllia is a little more bumpy with eyes almost looking like a chalice

The coral in your picture has raised costae and coenosteum appears rough with ridges or furrows, Tubinaria lacks these features

Hot dang it sure looks more like echinophyllia and not only was sold to me the size of a quarter as scroll but so many who have seen my tank identified it as such.

Looks like a dead ringer for what is called "Hollywood stunner" chalice.

Nice big piece too!
