I have had an Apex EL ATO that worked great for a bit....then randomly stopped working and started sending me a crap ton of notifications when it stopped working...Error ATO pump. I did everything I think I could to check to make sure there was nothing wrong with it, I checked tubing, I cleaned sensors, pump never ran dry, and everything was great minus a little buildup on sensor on the inside of sump. I changed the time from which the ATO ran from 60:00 to :01 to make sure it actually works when needed, it and does....so I have no clue why the ATO error keeps coming up...Please help.

What’s your programming look like for the ato? That’s usually the error when it takes longer to fill than allotted in the programming

Post in the Neptune subthread and open a ticket with Neptune. Theyll get you squared away super fast.

Thanks for the bump. I ended up posting on the Neptune Systems forum as well, was trouble shooting for a while with someone. Did a lot of what you guys mentioned to check... after nothing working, I found the issue. The molex micro fit connector from the pump to the FMM is loose. If you have any fixes on this, that would be amazing. I have it zip tied in a way that it stays put and connects completely. I guess I can keep it that way, but I'd rather not have to if there is a fix for it. I appreciate it!
