I ordered a hairy mushroom coral and I just revived it today. It looks like it's dying it has weird pink things on it! Please tell me what they are, thanks for your help!

It's most likely acclimation stress, but check your chemistry. Those are mesenterial filaments, internal structures of the coral, corallimorphs/mushrooms will expel them when stressed but it usually resolves without issue.

The mushroom was poorly packaged, it was most likely hitting the edges of the bag it came in. Could I do anything to help the mushroom out? Btw thanks for your help!

Oh and I can see some of the pink things flying off the coral, should I turn off the pumps or is it normal?
