I was doing a smal water change when my anemone shriveled up.. My clown that hosted it and seems to bring it back but this is new to me.. Only had the tank and all for 2 weeks now

What are you feeding the anemone?

Did you cycle the tank? A 2 week old tank is not the ideal environment for an anemone, or anything really.
Are you testing your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate levels? If so, can you post?

Included with that did you check the salinity of the water you changed with. With such a small tank you could have bumped it a bit.
