I was told it was a brain trachyphilla I think......

also it seems to swell up at times almost looks like its going to pop.....is this normal?

yes thats what it is and yes that is normal behavior. try squirting some mysis on it to feed it.
 
I was giving it and my green Cynaria mysis . I just recently ran out and have been giving them krill( my anemone loves it) do u think the krill is too big?
