Sabellafella 81mm or 103mm that's a big difference

That is correct information. This is the diagram they are referring to. A is the face of the bulkhead which is on the inside of the tank in majority installation. If you made a hole at 103mm your 2 inch bulkhead would slip straight through basically.

My bulkhead is slipxslip schedule 80 by coralvue/reef octopus on there site it said holes size 72-75mm every body telling me different

IMO, if CV says 72/75 stick with that.
It might be a different brand sch 80 and different in size.
75mm is not that far of from 3.18"

It is a different style of bulkhead then sold by BRS. I would follow the recommended hole size as noted on Coralvue site here

Which is the 72 -75 mm you mentioned.
