Plumber in basement and chemicals

Plumber is doing work in basement putting a standpipe in for washing machine. Obviously they will use pvc sealant which is pretty strong. The tank is about 15 feet away from where they are working. I will be opening the door which leads directly outside when they start gluing. Should I be concerned with ANY odors and suspended chemicals that can travel through the air?

Is this a situation where I should get my carbon reactor ready to go?

Unless they are dripping glue and primer into your tank I don’t see any cause for concern

I think you will be fine. Just turn off your skimmer.
