Carefully inspect each AquaBus port and each end of the AquaBus cable for any corrosion. Try connecting the cable to different AquaBus ports, or try a different cable if you have one available. If you finally get the module to report Connected, be sure to go into the module Configuration screen and select Update Software.

@SuncrestReef I did try connecting to differant ports and inspected the aquabus and it is clean with no rust. I tried plugging in through another module and nothing. I dont think I have another aquabus but I will try using one I know is working and report back.

can I update software if I am still not connected to fusion?

@SuncrestReef I had another module anr plugged it in using the same aquabus that was plugged into pm1 and I got solid green status light...this tells me that aquabus cable is fine. I also tried another cable that I know works with another module and it does. ot work on the pm1.

Does this mean the my pm1 is BROKEN?

Would a reboot or an initialize do anything?
