PMD or still acclimating/normal?

Hi all, added this nice sized clam to my anemone tank. Although it has some nice extension I feel like it may be pinched. I also have another small clam in my larger system which opens up more which is what drew my attention to it(picture is of small clam, video is large clam). It is very responsive to waving my hand over it or if an object gets close when I’m working on the tank. Should I do a freshwater dip?

Edit: I realize video might not display so here is a picture of the big clam. Surprisingly I don’t think the carpet touching the clam is causing this they actually seem to be fine touching and neither is reacting plus the clam was in this semi closed closed before I even moved it closer to the nem
