Since Reef A Palooza has purchase a frag rack from PNW customs . Right away I email them with issues , frag rack they said it will work on my 3/4 glass won’t work . Withind 3 days that said that they gave me incorrect magnet and will ship out a new one . Waited weeks email several times and no answer , when finally recieved over a month later magnet won’t work . Emailed several times again with different subjects . Still no answer . This is the worst’s customer service I had in the reefing years I been . I do understand things happens but when you try to communicate over several emails and no answer it s very difficult to deal with a company’ like this . Is easy to take your money on a trade show but you should stand behind your product .
