Recently got a montipora setosa frag, been in tank about week and a half. Polyps have not opened up. My tank is about 3 months old, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium all good, also phosphate and nitrate good. My ph is 7.7 though. I have good lite and flow on it. Could it be low ph or that tank is so new. I have a purple stylophora and a green pocillopora doing well in the tank.

both. and some SPS are more sensitive to new and Ph.
try to get the Ph up for sure. dont use a buffer. air, outside air, water changes, kalkwasser.

7.7 isn't too low, probaly dictating low alk. Setosa are not known for polyp extension like the other SPS you've listed. Also setosa polyps blend in pretty well with the color of the monti. You say your levels are good, but where are they at?
