popbloom rl60 should I get it

upgrade the fluval Evo 13 gallon stock light and it does great for what it is but I really want the popbloom rl60 I here is a great light for the price and It has very nice and high par at the rock and sand bed I know it's cheaper than the higher end but I don't want to go buy a expensive one and not know that I could of bought a little bit cheaper one and it's quite similar so need so help and info

I haven't owned it personally but definitely crossed my mind when I go to upgrade my evo light again. just pulled a the nicrew 100w g1 off my evo and went back to stock so i could use the nicrew on a frag tank.

I am torn between the rl60 or the noopsyche k7 mini

I will probably stick with the Noops now that I though about it more. I have 5 (3 v2 pros and 2 v3s) over my 210g and 2 v3 pros over my 45G frag tank.

so the mini is kinda of a no brainer for me.
