Hi, just upgraded my light finally and got a nice popbloom rl90 for pretty cheap. Can I please ask whats the best settings? I like it more white during day but blue at night. Ive never had a light like this before, I have soft corals, some lps, macroalgae and an anemone. Plan on trying some sps.

Im kinda lost with what spectrum and stuff I need.

My light was a 20w hygger reef light before, so it was pretty dim. My corals are definitely not benefiting from it and are closed up, should I start around 40% intensity and put on aclimate mode to ramp up over the next 30 days or less or more?

How long should it take for my zoas to bounce back?

My hammer and torch are already more out than they where before which is promising.

Ps I know the light should be in the middle of the tank, ive only just set it up.

Cheers guys.

Do you have a way of testing PAR?

Your corals could take a few days to acclimate to the new lights, that is nothing uncommon

What size is your tank, that looks like a 30-40 gallon?
I think you have the right idea to start it out at 40% and slowly bump it up. I have a popbloom 90 on my 32 gallon at full strength.
