Porcupine Puffer Possible Ich?

Hi Everyone, and thank you in advance for any help. My wife just bought a porcupine puffer yesterday, it is in QT now. I noticed today small white specks on its fins. I haven’t seen any on the body, but it is difficult to be certain. He’s a baby (about 2.5 inches in length), so trying to give you size reference of the white spots they are about pin pricks in size, maybe the size of a grain of fine salt. Some of the bigger blotches of white are a concentration of about 10 or so cluttered together, but not touching. The little guy is showing no signs of illness. Eating like a pig. I heard they can get stress spots, but by know means is fish diagnosis my specialty. If you need more pictures just request. Thank you all again!

Looks like ich to me you should treat with copper assuming there’s no inverts or corals.
