Possible flat worms?

Hey guys, I was watching the white grow on this guy, this was a 5$ no name frag that I have grown pretty big, had home for about 9 months. No new additions. Just put it through a dip.

Thoughts?

Did any come off in the dip? Are there any bite marks?

Bayer is a more effective dip, IMO.
