Possible tank problems

Seems like my fish want to leave tank kind of a tiny bit. My yellow watchman goby is swimming freely and towards the top. He’s been doing it for weeks. I also checked parameters and everything was completely ok. I aimed my 1 powerhead towards the surface for more agitation. My corals seem completely fine minus 1 gsp but it is just closed and partially open. I switched out filter pads as well maybe that might help. My puffer seems to be looking at reflection and clown seems ok along with my cardinal fish who is chilling in corner.

Oh got it, I’ve had watchman’s do that kind of thing before I really don’t know why they do it but mine have never seemed to be wrong after or before doing it
