possible to bring this welso back?

A guy was breaking down his tank and I spotted this ultra welso..or what's left. . He had a clown that picked on this thing till there was almost nothing left. Is it possible I can nurse this guy back to health? Any suggestions? I have another welso in the tank that's almost a foot wide and 5 in thick so I know I can maintain them lol.

I think you can do it. Keep crabs and all others away from it. Spot feed it and see what happens. I hope you can bring him back!
