Possom wrasse died day 1 of quarantine

So I bought a possum wrasse and a firefish from LFS and put them in a QT tank they both were fine and were eating but i came back from work this afternoon to find the possum wrasse belly up and the firefish fine. I tested ammonia immediately afterward and the results were 0.2 total ammonia, what do you all think was the issue?

Sometimes fish just don't make it. It's unfortunate. But, it's not your fault. It's happened to me a bunch.

I don't believe OP is talking about lionfish. There is another fish in the hobby called a firefish, that is not at all poisonous.

fire fish are not
