Possum Wrasse okay for me?

Looking at my stocking plan and options.

Getting a goby/shrimp pair this week.

But for future I quite like the idea of a possum wrasse being the “main” fish.

It’s a fluval 13.5 and will have corals one day.

Any objections to this combo?

It would just be the wrasse, goby/shrimp pair and an eventual CUC.

I don't see an issue as long as it's a small goby type like Neon.

I've had an EVO with a tanaka possum wrasse in it, one of my all time favorite fish.

I even had a pair of clowns in it and a bunch of corals. Check it out:

In this video theres a sapphire damsel which I removed due to bad behavior and added the possum wrasse later. I also had these tiny gobies like the masked goby and trimma goby.

You wont be able to find the tanaka possum wrasse with its bright red color any longer, they vanished many years ago. You will be able to find the yellow banded possum wrasse quite easily though but all of them, no matter where you get it, are pale and the colors are barely visible. I dont know why. Unfortunately, a pale fish is not an option for me.

If you cant find one with bright red and yellow colors you can also get a pink-streaked wrasse that also has the extremely peaceful demeanor, has the same specs as the possum wrasse and are beautiful.

I’m currently looking for either of the 2 for my 40b AIO. Need something to start putting a dent in the amphipod population. They are starting to get massive with no predators

That pod looks more like a lobster, your possum wrasse will need a sushi knife!
