Potential stocking for a 40 NUVO

I am thinking about stocking and was wondering if this would work
2 perc clownfish
1 assessor basslet*
1 possum/Pygmy wrasse
1 watchmen goby - shrimp combo
My main concern is the safety of all the fish and inhabitants and I want to make sure the fish would be happy.

That list should work well, although I would add the clowns last (they can get quite territorial once established.

Do you think the assessor basslet would be a good first fish or would it become to territorial?

They aren't known for being super aggressive, that said I would go with the following order:

Goby/Shrimp pair
Possum/Pink Streaked Wrasse
Assessor
Clowns
