Finally found them on my phone! Enjoy!

I used silicone to glue the structure to the back, however not just any silicone. Look for the one that's designed for plastic, usually found in the window section of Home Depot, not the paint isle. The other types don't have the adhesive strength for acrylic. Hope this helps!
