Shipping:
1. Shipping is $40 flat fee for FedEx Overnight Priority anywhere in the continental USA. No need to buy shipping module. Just pay shipping once while also choosing your desired shipping day at check-out the first time. After that simply choose "Combine with existing order".
2. All live sale orders will only be shipped on one of these days 8/14, 8/15, 8/16, 8/17, except in the event of a weather or FedEx service delay with which we have prior warning, then we will reschedule a shipping date.
