With the auction the pieces tend to be had for already discounted rates, or at 20% off with the promo code. So it's difficult to set a free shipping policy. Even at $400 there can be a slim profit margin depending on the pieces that are bought. And you can see our Guarantee Policy here. We do endeavor to make it right with all pieces that don't arrive alive, though.
