Power Outage Code

So I just moved my APEX Classic for my new build. On my new build I decided to go with Rossmont AC powerheads instead of my old Stream3s. I have the Rossmont controllers plugged into the apex for feed modes and maintenance control. I would like the APEX to shut down everything except for one EB8 outlet in the event of a power outage.

I have 2 EB8s and my plan was to plug one into a UPS and the other directly into a wall outlet and then program the apex to turn off everything but the Rossmonts when it senses a power outage on the EB8 connected to the wall outlet. I thought the code for this would be If Power EB8_3 Off 000 Then OFF, but this doesn't seem to work when I perform the power outage test. EB8_3 is the non backed up EB_8

I think you want If Power EB8_3 Off 000 Then On for the outlets you want to be on when power is off.
