Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me with the programming language for my skimmer.

If the power goes out, I don’t want my skimmer to turn back on right away, it just overflows.

I would like to to stay off until I turn it back on manually or stay off for 30 mins after the power comes back on. It takes too long to connect to the apex to turn it off if am home with the wifi and everything booting back up. By then it is too late.

Thanks for any help

You need to put in a defer statement into your skimmer outlet programming that is based off of your return pump outlet.

As an example, in case of a power outage, manual shutoff or feedmode shutoff of my return pump, my skimmer is programmed to turn on 3 minutes after the return pump turns on.

So based on the name of my return pump outlet, I added...

If Output Rtn_Pmp_3_8 = OFF
Then OFF
Defer 003:00 Then ON

So for your 30 minute defer, use 030:00
