Hey guys, there’s currently a power outage due to storms around my area.
I’m running a 13.5 Fluval sea reef tank.
Sps/lps/soft corals.
Current temp 76 degrees (inside the tank)
Home temperature 80 degrees
Power has been out for an 1 and a half hours

should I be too worried? I’m not sure when power will be back. Maybe a few hours?

My tanks just went through 30hrs with no power and I wasn't even home to do anything about it. Corals were in a 7.5g, 5 fish in a 60g all made it with no deaths no issues.

If you want you can take a cup and fill with tank water and dump it back into the tank a couple times an hour. Will be fine.

Circulation and oxygen levels are typically more critical in these situations than temperature is. Battery powered air pumps are really great to have around for this sort of thing emergency. This is the best as it turns on automatically and you can use auxiliary USB batteries with it. https://www.marinedepot.com/usb-powered-dc-air-pump-single-port-cobalt-aquatics There is one that comes with an additional battery as well. A less expensive option that you may be able to get at wall mart or a bait and tackle shop is this one. https://www.marinedepot.com/marina-battery-air-pump
I recommend you get the first one and keep it set up ready to go for each tank you have.
You can also use a computer UPS to power a pump aimed at the surface of the tank for the same purpose.
