Powerheads/Wavemakers for a 14 gallon cube?

You need some kind of water movement in the tank, so yes, one of those will be needed, or you will end up with quite a few dead spots for detritus to build up and casue major issues.
 
I currently have a WP-10. It almost seems like a lot of water movement though. What would be a better recommendation for a smaller one?
