So I'm building a diy nem propagation tank out of pp (polypropylene) flat bins. All fine tile I find the handle holes

. nothing wants to stick to this stupid plastic: hot melt nope, silicon nope, pvc glue nope, epoxy putty nope....... I'm losing it. HELP!!!!!

I've have used the pp super glue in the past with grate result. But I need a glue that can fill a hole.
 
Simply tape over the hole on one side with masking tape. Apply glue on the other side to fill the hole. Once dry, remove the masking tape and you have a filled hole. You can then apply some extra glue on the side you removed the tape from if you feel it necessary. I work with filling plastics for a living... I use this technique all of the time if I do not need it to be cosmetically perfect.
