PPE with long skirts

All of the PPE's I have had in the past all have had short skirts, but this frag of PPE's have the longest skirts I have ever seen on PPE's
Anyone have them like this?

Where they always like that? Did you change their flow or anything?

I just got this frag today. Don't have any info from the tank they came from.

m, I had a frag of PPEs doing something similar when I placed them ~20'' away from the light. The skirts became short and condensed once I moved them up.
