Pretty snake polyps?

I'm not sure why it takes so long for them to decide to open but I think mine was a month or two before ALL of them opened but it's really nice because they respond to light and food quicker than regular Zoas.

Amazing !!! What do they feed on ?? They look like they could take your finger off :D!!
 
They catch whatever you feed your corals. They are in the zoanthid family!
 
My LFS has some bright neon green ones but he won't break the colony into frags and I'm not about to pay $100 for full rock of them that won't fit into my aquarium!
 
Has anyone had long term success with these?
 
Ive had mine for over a years and theyve grown 4 more additional polyps....
 
Nope...they get fed dif coral foods a cple times a week broadcast to whole tank and thats it...mine arent as nice as those st patricks in the first post...lol

I saw some at a store yesterday and it got me curious. They are definitely unique.
