Prizm skimmer problems

For a while I've been having some issues with my prizm skimmer on my 10 gallon. The flow either creates not enough flow to actually skim or it's so much flow that it shoots out pure white bubbles. This skimmer was previously used on my 29 gallon about 2 years ago and worked great. Now I can rarely get it to produce what it's supposed to and it doesn't last for long.

Any suggestions?

Check the air intake line for salt creep. I always had a problem with mine.
