I am designing a sump with dosing tube and probe holders. I am making the holes for the dosing tube holder 1/4 inches diameter. How big do I need to make the holes for the probe holder?

Sorry I can't answer your question, but if I were going to make my own sump I would make the holes for the dosing lines big enough to fit a threaded john guest style bulkhead. It would allow for the dosing lines to be secured and not just shoved down through the hole. It would also allow for rigid tubing to be connected on the bottom for a cleaner look.

I'm sure you probably already know this but I just want to also point out that if you are using apex probes that the heater probe hole needs to be larger than the other 3.

Edit- I just searched on here for the sizes and according to this thread the small holes are 1/2 and the larger hole is 5/8.
