Problem with t5 Ballast

I just bought a t5 retrofit kit and got all of the wires connected. I noticed that one of the wires had popped out of the ballast and when I went to put it back in the wire wouldn't stay. After a couple of try's the piece that holds the wire got dislodged and started moving around on the inside of the ballast. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? Its the one that's on the far left side of the photo.

If it physically came apart internally then you may have to resolder a new connector on the board

Thank you for your reply. Do you know how to remove the top to the ballast?

You have to pry the sides and the cover will pop right off :)

Thank you so much for your help. I was able to pry the top off and get the connector back in place.[emoji2]
