These are 2 pictures of what is going on with the glass in my tank. Please advise.

Quick questions:
  • Is it smooth or slimy? Or feels just like the glass surface?
  • Does it come off with razor blade?
  • If it's hard and colorless....are you dosing anything like Lanthanum?

Try using a brand new razor blade, in an inconspicuous spot… (brand new blade every time, you’ll get defects in the blade as it’s used, and rust after use… it can then scratch the glass easier)

You should not hold the razor perpendicular to the glass, but at an angle… the razor can scratch the glass if you aren’t thoughtful about your strokes with it!

I have done that many times and nothing

If it doesn't come off with a high grit lapping paper (4000 or 5000 grit) then for some reason the glass has probably oxadized. If that's the case you might contact the manufacter to get a warrenty replacement.
