Profilux 4 - History doesn't works

My profilux 4 doesn't show any history of sensors. Even for KH Director.

Firmware: 7.32.

All history ia grayed out, everywhere:





Any fix?

The Doser must be added and connected to myGHL:

The GHL Connect app must also be connected to your myGHL account:
