Hello,

I have a question, I set up my ProfiLux 4 today. After calibrating my Redox Sensor it read 1000, then within 5 min it went to -1000. I tried to recalibrate it again and the same thing happen. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you.

sounds like the probe didn't calibrate properly or is faulty, it should read around 270 -300 mark (it does on mine). Try re calibrating it and if that doesn't work uninstall it from profilux and reinstall it again, might help

Did you use the null plug when you calibrated the sensor port? And did you plug it into the correct port? I know both are ph/orp but they have been config a specific way by default, which you can change.

By default should be temp ph orp and salinity.

Which one did you plug it into?

I was able to calibrate it, I moved it to a different part of the sump and it started working.
