No the Mini doesn't support PAB. I made that mistake earlier in this thread.:)
I never found salinity probes stable enough to make them worth the trouble to actually use for anything.:)

My seahorse tank controller!!

The the Power bar reminds me of the same construction as a 5.1 powerbar.

Starting to work on a setup and product overview video :)

Full setup will be done just using the GHL connect app.

No it would continue to operate without any issues. It does not need to be connected to any network to operate.

ingchar mentioned this is the reason for asking. Do i understand right that "connection and communication" also means wifi? Thanks

"the Power STDL4-4 does not have a default state like the other Powerbars. So if it looses connection or communication with the controller the sockets turn off. You can't make them fail on, which is what I would do for the return pump."

If the controller is powered down or if the RJ11 cable gets pulled from the controller to the STDL4-4 power bar would cause the power bar to shutdown.

But the WiFi network going down would have no impact on the STDL4-4.

Unless your saying the controller firmware has an issue and goes down, that is a different issue all together. But the controller does not need network connectivity to operate correctly.
